EMIS has noted that the issue causing problems accessing EMIS Web has now been resolved. This should allow EMIS users to connect their Accurx Desktop toolbar to EMIS as usual.

During this time, users might not be able to load patients in the Accurx inbox, send messages and save messages to the record.
If you want to turn off your Patient Triage form, please Login to Accurx Web to access the settings page: https://web.accurx.com/login/organisations?next=%2Fpractices
Users can use Accurx Web to see inbound messages and send messages. Please note that these messages won't save to the medical record.
